As part of the annual membership, every member
is offered a tailored programme which focuses on a specific
issue or challenge within their organisation.
Tailored Programmes are typically in the areas
of:
- Strategic Innovation
A workshop providing cases and models to determine
organisation innovation alignment. This programme has been
built from years of experience in supporting the drive innovation
of leading organisations.

sectors addressing collaborative opportunities on key disruptive
themes, such as Sustainable Energy and Ageing Population.

- Delivering an innovative new business

A tailored programme is unique to each organisation.
It usually includes a series of preparation meetings and a
bespoke workshop involving between 3 and 10 key individuals.
In many cases, an organisation will ask us to continue the
good work of a tailored programme in a wider advisory or ‘non-exec
director’ role.
