| Andrew
Milner |
Andrew is the
leader of the H-I Network for Operational Excellence, which
shares practical experiences and develops future best practices
for leaders of operational improvement programmes in large,
complex organisations.
Prior to joining Corven, Andrew was manager of CSC's UK Innovation
Factory. Before that he had 19 years experience in a variety
of roles in membership and research programmes at CSC, Index
and Butler Cox. During this time Andrew led business transformation
programmes for his own business units, co-ordinated the creation
of CSC's business transformation service in 2006, and advised
clients and consultants on best practices in this field. He
previously had roles as divisional manager, product manager,
sales and support in the software industry.
Andrew began his career, and gained his degree in Business
Studies, in the engineering industry.
